Zbiroh (Czech pronunciation: [ˈzbɪrox]) is a town in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,500 inhabitants. It lies some 30 km (19 mi) to the east-northeast from the region capital of Plzeň.

Villages of Chotětín, Jablečno, Přísednice and Třebnuška are administrative parts of Zbiroh.
Zbiroh Castle (now château) is the main local tourist attraction. The well located in Zbiroh Castle, 163 m (535 ft) deep, is the deepest castle well in Europe and third deepest castle well of the world.
