@WP:MILHIST coordinators: I am thinking it might be nice to have a navigation box placed at the top and bottom of each page for the next and previous pages in the Academy. It could also have a "Academy menu" though there are already two links to that - in the banner and in the infobox. Any other thoughts on this? Not certain of the best way to do this either. Hi @Krishna Chaitanya Velaga, I was envisioning something that shows the next couple (2, 3 or 4) of modules and the preceding similar number of modules that changes with where the module falls within the overall list. There would also be links to expand the full list of introductory modules as well as each of the other module groups. I can't see how to do this easily in the Wiki environment, though as a programming exercise, it would be really quite simple.

I have been thinking on a less refined solution within the limitations of the tools we have. The modules follow something of a logical progression. There are 34 introductory modules. This would give four sets containing 9, 8, 8 and 9 modules each. A "master" template of the general features would then be used to create a template for each set. The template for the first set would show the first 15 modules (9+6) with a "next" option that would expand to show the rest of the introductory modules. The second template would show 16 modules (4+8+4) so that there is an overlap. The "previous" option would expand to show the preceding 5 modules. The "next" option would expand to show all the succeeding modules. And similarly for the last two sets. The template for each set would have the option of "show all introductory" and to show each of the other Academy sections (advanced, specialist and co-ordinator). The master template would be populated with all of the modules in the next, current and previous fields. The templates for each set would then be populated by cropping data from the master template.

@WP:MILHIST coordinators: Dear all, after almost 6 months after starting the process, we're almost close to the wrap-up of audit for the academy. A very few pages are left over as detailed below:

  • Using different reference formats, Using statistics; being reviewed by Cinderella157
  • Writing an order of battle & Nomenclature for the Eastern Front of World War II or the Great Patriotic War
  • Image restoration, Working with sounds & Creating maps
  • Establishing coordinator election pages

Rest of all pages were reviewed, kindly check and close them. It would be great if you can take up any of the above and complete the review. I've specifically listed the last three points since I've done no work in those areas, and have very very minimal knowledge about them. About images, sounds, and maps, kindly ping someone you know (even outside the project) who can help us. Also if that doesn't work, we could request the Graphics lab to have a look at this.
