No transclusions, documentation, or template code. See also this TFD from a couple of weeks ago for {{Bg-yellow}}, which was the same. Recommend subst and delete. – Jonesey95 (talk) 22:52, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This navbox has a long history of edits, but as of this time stamp, it contains no link to a main article and no links to articles about any of the people named in the navbox. It does not appear to be usable. – Jonesey95 (talk) 19:04, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

None of these articles are "about" Albanese, these are just links to positions he has held. Totally unnecessary. ITBF (talk) 16:17, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nomination. No article exist yet, outside his own, as he has just been elected as Prime Minister and this was created too early. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 22:15, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Potentially useful. Also very easy that 48% of people hate Albanese and want to punish him by deleting this. Such behavior has happened with Trump and Obama related issues. Charliestalnaker (talk) 23:08, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Ridiculous to consider deletion of the sidebar of a now-incumbent Prime Minister (and this discussion would never take place if this was a senior American politician). If there’s not enough material included on there, then it ought to be expanded rather than deleted entirely. It shouldn’t be too hard, given that he’s been in Parliament for over a quarter of a century, and was a senior minister and Deputy PM in the last Labor government. TheScrubby (talk) 23:35, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Seems to be a standard feature for Australian Prime Ministers.Park3r (talk) 23:38, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. As mentioned above, this would never take place if it were a senior American politician. Also useful. Rek7 (talk) 23:39, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep As creator, and per above that it does have the potential to be expanded. Compare Wikipedia:Templates_for_discussion/Log/2019_June_14#Template:Scott_Morrison_sidebar with the current state of the said template. - CHAMPION (talk) (contributions) (logs) 23:44, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. He just became PM, meaning this will be expanded in the coming months and years. --TDKR Chicago 101 (talk) 23:57, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep No need to delete this when we're just going to make it again six months down the road. As others have also mentioned it could be useful to expand off. Viatori (talk) 00:49, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep There's no reason to delete, he's now the prime minister of Australia. Leoneix (talk) 03:32, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep, per Park3r, standard feature for PM-AINH (talk) 06:16, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per Lipika, No need as it is repetitive, boring and not required --
  • Keep, it's gonna get expanded in the coming months anyway, so deleting it seems like a bit of a waste of time. ExcellentWheatFarmer (talk) 11:47, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep The template will be expanded within the coming months or years -> JLL9T (t, c) 13:10, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep Useful and necessary //Lollipoplollipoplollipop::talk 15:10, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep In addition to the arguments listed above, the rationale provided by the nominator is simply wrong. There are several articles in the sidebar which relate to his position as Prime Minister, and at least one that relate to his time as leader of the opposition. I agree with the editors above who point out that such a deletion nomination would be highly unlikely for an American politician, especially the head of the executive branch of government. It's time for this ridiculous nomination to be closed. Chrisclear (talk) 16:41, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep As mentioned above, this template should be required for the now 31st Prime Minister of Australia, it is useful and necessary. Aeyeu (talk) 17:32, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep the template will be refined and expanded as time goes on
Bluealbion (talk) 18:21, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep many politicians of this stature has their own sidebars. Jason594 (talk) 01:16, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep The template will be expanded with time. This sort of template is apparently common for world leaders. Векочел (talk) 04:01, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep Over the next few weeks, the template is going to be expanded so it wouldn't make sense to delete it and recreate the template again. Jeuno (talk) (contribs) 04:10, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep If you check all politicians who have held the office of PM, even as far back as Whitlam and Fraser, you'll find they all have one. Albanese should be no different. It'd only be unwarranted if he failed to win election/take office (check all the Opposition Leaders who never won PM office. They don't have one). 119.18.1.30 (talk) 09:08, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Mostly redirects or works in which the person appeared (they are not the primary association with Greg Giraldo and should not be on the template). Take away the crap and this has no reason to exist Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 00:34, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. Even if you argue that Greg Giraldo is the primary association for everything in the template, most of it isn't notable enough to get separate articles. Like TPH said, no reason to exist. -fuzzy510 (talk) 03:42, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
