WP:LISTCRUFT falling into the category of WP:OR. A major concern is that the template criterium is too vague and might in theory include an indefinite amount of people, since new spiritual leaders (the "revered personalities") pop up continuously. Oppose: There is no point in linking all bio articles of all ministers with other articles related to Modi. Side note, lot many articles in Modi template are irrelevant or like tangentially minimally relevant, eg his caste, and should be removed from there.
