Delete This, I think, is the last of these "unit to unit" templates. The rest have been scrapped as being unused & redundant to {{convert}} (WP:T3). The author of this one has expressed to me his approval of deletion (WP:G7). Note the following subpages.

Keep. No, it's not used very often, but at least two articles use it and Sup3 to cut down on a tedious task, so I don't see anything wrong with keeping it. Considering that the unicode character is not supposed to be used, this is effective at cutting down on character strokes. And had I known of "half a dozen" other ways to easily accomplish this (which don't seem to exist), I would not have created the template (hence why I did). _EricLeb⁰¹ (Page | Talk) 18:26, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Comment Clicking on the "links" above I found {{sup2}} used once in the main space. I thought that a conversion to square miles might be better now it's not used at all. I also got rid of the {{^3}}. Okay, a third of a dozen (these also have redirects, {{^2}} and {{^3}} (there's also {{su}} but that's a bit different)), then there's {{sup}}. If you'd know about {{sup}}, you wouldn't have created these? Can we WP:G7 them then? The irony when discussing how many keystokes these save us is the number of keystrokes we've spend discussing whether to save them. JIMp _talk·cont 09:34, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

And {{Sup3}} is used in another article. No, I did know about {{Sup}}; in fact it (and {{10^}}) was what inspired the original {{2}} template which was moved to this in another deletion discussion (I'm not sure why we decided not to move it to {{^2}}, which probably would be much easier to remember and even more efficient). I actually really wouldn't mind moving it to {{^2}} and {{^3}}. _EricLeb⁰¹ (Page | Talk) 15:59, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
