Recognize this comic book issue? (Probably Batman) edit
A guy who was able to command rats kept several old men as prisoners in the sewers, they looked like homeless people, he fed them rats. Then came the superhero (probably Batman) and after a short battle, which I think consisted of the villain setting the rats on him and running, the men were freed.

Assassin Lady in Munich edit

- I can confirm that the link is not helpful. The woman that the OP is talking about is hired to track down and kill a member of the Israeli hit squad that the movie follows. She is an assassin who plays the part of a prostitute to get one of the men alone in his room. She kills him there and then is eventually tracked down by the rest of the squad who then kill her. As for the original question, I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I like the movie but don't know much about the accuracy of that portion of the story. Dismas|(talk) 04:30, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
- An article in The Irish Times, "Massacre in Munich," 21 Jan. 2006, says "One of the Mossad agents in Spielberg's film is lured to his death by an attractive Dutch prostitute. In real life, an Israeli woman unwittingly assisted in the killing of her colleagues because she fell for Abu Daoud's "Brazilian" charm and good looks." An opinion piece in the same paper, dated 16 Jan. 2006 says "The only true part of the story is the few minutes spent on the actual massacre. The rest is invention, as Spielberg delicately puts it in the opening credits, 'inspired by real events'....By real events? Rubbish. Inspired by Tony Kushner's belief (he co-wrote the screenplay) that the founding of Israel was a "historical, moral, political calamity" for the Jewish people.But the most shocking Israeli brutality involves the Dutch prostitute - apolitical, beautiful, pathetic - shot to death (naked, of course) by the now half-crazed Israelis settling private business. The Israeli way, I suppose." An article in Narrative, "Keeping Company In Hollywood: Ethical Issues In Nonfiction Film," by David Richter, May 2007, says that the film faithfully follows George Jonas' book Vengeange, and that the credibility of the book has been questioned, but says nothing that I can see about the character in question. - Found a little more: from The Observer, 26 Dec. 2005, "The point is that Ms. Croze’s character seems to have been inserted into the film gratuitously to supply a tiny bit of sensationalism into proceedings that are otherwise monotonously full of gloom and self-doubt." Name of song from Ken Burns' "The War" edit
There is a song that plays somewhere in the middle of Ken Burns' documentary "The War" that is not part of the official soundtrack. I would really like to know if it is some kind of traditional melody and if there are any rcordings available, so if anyone knows the name of this song, I would really appreciate your help. It is used for a montage of fighter jets in the sky and followed by the sentence "I wanted to fly fighters" I think.
