Lana Turner's homo(or bi)sexuality

edit

There was story about when Frank Sinatra caught his then-wife Ava Gardner and Lana in bed together. The next time he saw them, they happened to be at a restaurant and he screamed at them "Lesbians! You bunch of lesbians!" until he was quickly ushered out by the staff to avoid causing scandal. That story was told by one of Frank's close friends (or family member? I can't remember exactly who told this) on TCM. But I can't find a reliable source for this, can anyone else who has heard this story? --Crackthewhip775 (talk) 02:02, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The incident happened in Frascati's in Beverly Hills and is described in Lee Server's biography of Ava Gardner, Love Is Nothing (2006). Pepso2 (talk) 06:21, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot, you have no idea how long I've been searching for the source. --Crackthewhip775 (talk) 06:43, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Adriana Lima Question

edit

in supermodel Adriana Lima's section about Victoria's Secret I have placed a sentence saying "In 2008 Lima also closed the opening segment, in which she opened being the first Victoria's Secret angel to ever do so" I then referenced it with a video that showed her doing so, and saying you can view all other fashion show first segments to see she was the only one, and even added one more reference in which a site shows the line up of all the Victoria's Secret shows. Now a certain member named Mbinebri removed it and will surly remove it again claiming "removed original research (we're not going to watch every VS fashion show to verify something)" to me this isn't right....just because someone doesn't want to do the research to find this information out when it is proven by to verified links doesn't mean it should be removed. yes it will take time for someone to watch and find this information out, but it is correct information and should be included because it was a big deal for Adriana lima to do, just because someone is to lazy to do the research doesn't mean it should be removed. Am I right or is this other member right? I didn't think that stuff could just be removed because they didn't want to look at something.... —Preceding unsigned comment added by BahianChic (talkcontribs) 04:24, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You should take this to the article's talk page, or Mbinebri's talk page. But before you post at these places, you might want to read WP:OR, WP:NOT, WP:BLP and WP:VERIFIABILITY. If you have further questions about editing Wikipedia, check out WP:HD (the help desk), WP:OR/N (original research noticeboard, since apparently that's what you've been accused of), they're better suited for your kind of dilemma. --Crackthewhip775 (talk) 05:53, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Most violent Frankenstein film

edit

What's the most violent Frankenstein film? 200.112.30.32 (talk) 13:47, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly The Bride, but I have not seen it since it came out in 1985. Other films are listed in {{Frankenstein}}. --—— Gadget850 (Ed) talk - 14:18, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Another suggestion is Flesh for Frankenstein (alternate title: Andy Warhol's Frankenstein). Gory 3-D disembowelment scenes included. ---Sluzzelin talk 16:48, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I recall Frankenstein Unbound being pretty gory, but haven't seen it for years. -- KathrynLybarger (talk) 17:13, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Shun Goku Satsu

edit

In which Street Fighter games the Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu super move can be done in Level 1 rather than in Level 3 as it's usually? David Pro (talk) 21:07, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In X-Men vs. Street Fighter, the Shun Goku Satsu can be done either in Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. 200.112.24.210 (talk) 15:57, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
