The original FL nominator back in 2013 was ColonelHenry who has been banned for hoaxing/fake references. See Wikipedia talk:Featured article review/archive 14#Proposal for procedural FARs on ColonelHenry FAs and the various FARs for background. This found the FAs written by this user to have massive original research/source-text integrity issues; the sourcing in work by this nominator cannot be trusted.
