Side note - as always, claiming points for the cup here. There's a lot wrong with this, and made me think carefully about a straight oppose from beginning. The prose is terrible, filled with grammatical issues and not really explaining what is going on. What is a "marquee player", for example. Why do we have an article for a club that only existed for 6 years? Is there any articles that actually comment on the squad? Elano has two of the same image in the squad. Also:

Jargon terms like "golden boot" are described without explanation

Oppose from me - Lead is only five sentences and features such awful English as "defeated FC Goa by 2-1 due well anticipated the goals of Balwant Singh and Elano". But most importantly, as far as I can see none of the stats are sourced (there's a ref on each row but it only supports the fact that the player played for the club, not their actual stats). Clearly the article is not ready for FLC so I suggest it be speedily closed -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 07:31, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comments: I agree with Aza24, that it should be immediately removed. The user has been banned for CIR, so Lee Vilenski, I don't think you could have expect anything better. These bunch of articles or the players' list of Indian Super League clubs, which are 5-6 years old, was never been disucussed at all in the Indian footy project or any other discussions related to ISL. As a main contributor in Indian footy project I will bring the subject for discussion at the project. For now I think the nomination should be removed.
