Re: The Question edit

Haha! Yeah we're not supposed to use a page's talk/discussion page as a forum. But we can use user talk pages as a forum if we must. Your talk page is just somewhere to contact you, people just get pissed off and abuse me on mine usually hehe. So what single were you wanting next? k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 03:25, 11 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

It's up to you really. Some ppl prefer to keep it on one page, doesn't bother me because i'll Watch your talk page. So no biggy. You've been pretty active lately. k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 06:24, 12 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Oh. Well, I visit Wikipedia every day for information on entertainment, hah. I'd say I'd want them to release Restless Heart Syndrome, East Jesus Nowhere, !Viva La Gloria!, and Before the Lobotomy. I know that would mean they'd release six singles and all, but those, imo, are some of the best choices for singles as they seem the most broadly appealed. --Zzguitar14 (talk) 14:16, 12 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Yes, yes I do. I can't see them releasing anymore than four, this album hasn't done anywhere near as well as American Idiot... and that only had five singles. I think I'm sticking with Before the Lobotomy. :) k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 05:31, 16 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
I don't see any of these other songs surpassing that success though. Especially using something like Viva la Gloria, which is largely plot-based on the album's story. k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 05:46, 16 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Funny you say that, added something just yesterday to the CD Single article about how in Australia, where I am, there's basically nothing in the way of CD singles anymore. To base a single's success in this day and age on "the people", is a bit naive. It's all big business nowadays - if they want to make a single big, then they'll spend the dollars to get it out there, and it will become big. k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 06:45, 16 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Well, no the UWC is not a reliable chart. It's criteria doesn't at all cover the World, just not satisfactory. Check out Wikipedia:Record charts, should tell you all the information you need. k.i.a.c (talktome - contribs) 02:59, 30 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
