Vandalism of my Talk page

Hi, I saw where you had reverted an edit to my talk page. Well the same person did it again, and added a comment to taunt me about the page I am watching. Can you please restore it back? I'm not sure if I can undo edits to my own talk page.Still learning Wiki ways. Thanks, Countrypaula (talk) 01:02, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Assistance with possible sockpuppet and vandal

Hi, I am asking for help with a possible sockpuppet and vandalism on the article Kurt Lockwood. I believe it is either the same person or they are getting friends to disrupt this page with the same edits over and over. They didn't apply to the 3-RR. Please help. Countrypaula (talk) 16:53, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, This is obviously not Kurt Lockwood, based on comments made towards me on both our talk pages. Countrypaula (talk) 06:47, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Notice

Dude what was wrong wid my edit OBTW Batista and Undertaker went to a count-out finish. The crowd were almost 100% behind Taker, Batista got a lot of boos all night. Edge and his geeks were at ringside. After the match, Taker pulled Edge over the rail and beat on him. The geeks came in, so did Chavo and his bodyguard but Big Dave and Taker fought them off. Vickie came out to so much heat and made a re-match for the World Title next week between Batista and the Undertaker Highlight Reel with Batista. Jericho talks about how Batista would have loved to have been the man to retire Flair, Batista gets pissed and hits Jericho with the Batista Bomb and leaves.

- Matt Hardy came down for commentary. Dreamer was in the ring awaiting MVP. MVP defeated Dreamer.

- Chavo (with his bodyguard) defeated Jamie Noble

- Big Show defeated Mark Henry via DQ after Khali came down. Post match Khali slammed the Big Show, was quite the sight live!

- Cherry defeated Victoria. This match was long and boring; the crowd did pop huge for the finish though.

- The Russian dude defeated Leroy Kidcade. Kidcade got a huge pop when they announced he was from London. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.143.137.214 (talk) 02:51, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

anonymous edit to "Micromanagement"

Hi cream, you wrote me because of an anonymous edit. I am using a dialup account with an dynamic IP address. My edit to micromanagement is unrelated to the other edits complained for that address, and while I have contributed at least two hundred edits as Joise in the German Wikipedia, I lack an account in the english one. Please differentiate between the edit above and the earlier ones. Regarding the article on micromanagement, I've provided the Book by Harry Chambers as reference. I could cite verbally from that, but as I am actually confronted with the topic of the article, I urgently need to work on my job resumes. Please elaborate and explicate your concerns on the discussion page of that article, jointly with the deleted sentences. Thanks. --82.113.106.16 (talk) (Joise) —Preceding comment was added at 20:59, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

explain to me how such unsourced and POV assertions such as this should remain in this article. "massively popular"?? "the explosion of the popularity of blogs..."??? "extremely popular"?? Why I blanked that page

Hi I blanked that page because it is about a band that is only as successful as the next unsigned band and has no links to any articles on wikipedia. I've put it up for deletion many times but it keeps getting taken off by one of the band members. Is there a way we can get rid of it without those guys interfering? - 211.30.227.30 (talk) 02:41, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

Peg Entwistle

Hi. Thanks for helping with what's been going on in the last hour or so. All this came about within minutes after I posted on another website some comments critical of another writer's article about Peg Entwistle. I had mentioned I was a contributor to the Entwistle Wiki page. The person (s) who started changing and removing many of my edits also copied a portion of my article from the other site and created a "Disclaimer" on Entwistle's Wiki. The "Disclaimer" was a paragraph from the article on the other site, taken out of context, and then included on Wiki to humiliated me. I would never edit Wiki with the style or content I at times use on other, less professional sites--namely, sites where passion and emotion are expressed.

Thank you. James Zeruk Jr —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jameszerukjr (talkcontribs) 20:40, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

List of states with nuclear weapons

Hi, I believe a script of yours may have misidentified an edit made to List of states with nuclear weapons. An edit summary was provided and the edit was indeed constructive. Thanks, --68.72.46.218 (talk) 02:46, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

Based on your talk page, I assume the script is still giving trouble. I'm going to go ahead and fix my edit again. Good luck trying to get it to work :) --68.72.46.218 (talk) 03:05, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

Text of Order Update

I changed the text for a couple of reasons: 1) the currently viewed version has some errors in it when compared to the original as pictured in the citation. 2) the format I chose was to mirror the exact text for those who have a historical interest in how it was written, line-by-line. I apologize if I'm a little slow in getting it all doucmented and formated correctly, but this is my first effort to edit something that I know to be (slightly) inaccurate. When I getmy signature and other administrative links established, I'll return to submit them as well.

How is adding a external link title "unconstructive" ? 68.39.174.238 (talk) 02:55, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

You are incorrect! My changes are not vandalism as quoted from the Wikipedia definition: "Any good-faith effort to improve the encyclopedia, even if misguided or ill-considered, is not vandalism. Even harmful edits that are not explicitly made in bad faith are not considered vandalism." Know your rules before you "referee" someone else.

What on earth??!!!

MR. CREAM, this is VASCO from Portugal

Do you mind explaining your modus operandi, regarding reverting my hard work on ANGULO, CAÑIZARES AND ALBELDA (spanish footballers), saying it appeared vandalism and was unconstructive. I referenced everything...

User:Steelspydr9

I've declined your report to WP:AIV and removed it. By all means give them a uw-create warning, but a test4 on top for creating one inappropriate page, then reporting them to WP:AIV for blanking the page (which most new users think is sufficient to delete it) is a bit bitey. Thanks. GBT/C 21:59, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

Well, it's partly about the warning and partly about the report to WP:AIV - does Huggle do that automatically too (I've never used it, myself)? If so, then something's wrong - there had been no vandalism past final warning, so there shouldn't have been a report to WP:AIV in the first place. Do you chose the level of warning to give the user? If so, I'd suggest spending a bit of time getting back in touch with the various levels of create1, 2, 3, etc., and test1, 2, 3 - for first edits, unless the article is clearly inappropriate, then at best a create3 should be used, and most probably a create2. On top of that, two warnings shouldn't be issued for the same edit. Thanks. GBT/C 13:13, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
Huggle does that on a semi automatic basis, it checks the talk page often when warning a user. If you want a copy of Huggle, i can give you and bypassing gurch's email --Creamy!Talk 13:18, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

Problem with revert to Xbox

Hi Cream. I'm sure it was accidental, but this revert to Xbox actually reverted vandalism back into the article. You might want to take a bit more care with your reverts in the future. Best, Gwernol 01:52, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
