A tag has been placed on Yoruba philosophy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Hello Yemi d. ogunyemi. I haven't seen the original version of the Yoruba philosophy article that you uploaded, but I can tell you that on Wikipedia it is essential that you provide references for the articles you create. I think that the best way for you to create your article here is to use Wikipedia:Articles for creation. If you use this link then you can draft your article without fear of it being deleted. You might also want to read the guide to writing your first article. Let me know if you have any questions about this. Best — Mr. Stradivarius 16:20, 14 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

New articles and sourcing edit

Thank you for your interest in improving Wikipedia's coverage of Yoruba philosophy. Please remember that all content must be sourced in accordance to Wikipedia's policies on reliable sourcing and verifiability. Article space isn't an appropriate place to post general inquiries: if you need help with formatting I'll help you or find someone who can. You may wish to consider developing content in your own userspace at User:Yemi d. ogunyemi/sandbox where you can sort out references. I've placed the content you posted at Talk:Yoruba Philosophy there. Since Wikipedia has an acknowledged systemic bias in favor of European and North American subjects, we welcome editors who are interested in improving content associated with other regions. Yemi, Please be careful to source your additions, making sure that your text is not just personal opinion. Please have a look at the article on original research. Thank you. Span (talk) 14:13, 16 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thank you. Amsaim (talk) 10:43, 3 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
