Thank you for uploading Image:Jules and earl.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Speedy deletion of Hank Wachsman

edit

A tag has been placed on Hank Wachsman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Vandalism: Creation of large pages

edit

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you create an inappropriate page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Andante1980 13:02, 8 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

A large page containing about 1 megabyte of 'A' characters was created from your account, that's all I know. Since you say you are using your account from school, i suggest you mind about properly logging out of Wikipedia and picking a secure password. That should keep people from your school out of your account and keep people like me from issuing warnings or even getting your account blocked. Andante1980 19:45, 8 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Town Idiot25

edit

A tag has been placed on Town Idiot25 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

Sockpuppetry case

edit

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/WrestlingFrodo25 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. JONATHAN Go green! 03:31, 10 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

I have placed an administrator comment on the suspected sockpuppet case page, which should resolve this matter. Please review it and proceed accordingly. Thank you, Newyorkbrad 22:00, 10 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Fat-Land-Critser-Pollan12jan03.gif)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Fat-Land-Critser-Pollan12jan03.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 02:27, 12 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Town Idiot25.jpg

edit

The file File:Town Idiot25.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused image with no foreseeable encyclopedic use.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
