You seem to be repeatedly recreating Sheo Sagar Ojha and Prof Sheo Sagar Ojha after they were deleted following a deletion discussion. If you'd like to recreate the article, and can address / resolve the original concerns expressed within said discussion, you may create a draft article here and then put it through the articles for creation process.
