Speedy deletion nomination of Earth Society Foundation

Help me!

Hi,

There are many references to the Earth Society Foundation in Wikipedia, and yet no page on the subject. This is a 40+ year foundation that deals with peace and handed awards to very significant people and organizations that should be recognized. I was just adding the awards section and then noticed the page had already been deleted.

Please advise. Thanks

Hello, Wikiearthsocietyfoundation. The article Earth Society Foundation was deleted by RHaworth for no indication of importance and unambiguous advertising or promotion. Both of these are independent from the quality of references (one can write in promotional tone and without providing enough context for readers to understand the article even with good sources). Since the article is already deleted, I cannot tell if this was the case. You will have to contact the person who deleted it if you want to know the specifics: RHaworth.

It's usually difficult for people with a conflict of interest to write in a neutral fashion, see our conflict of interest guideline. On a related note, usernames such as Wikiearthsocietyfoundation are not allowed because they are considered promotional and imply shared use (ie. more than one people using the account). There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

Hi again! There's been a misunderstanding, I am not part of the foundation, I am a private person who likes to contribute, but I opened the account cause I wanted to contribute and I thought I had to create a username that has to do with what I will be posting about. Sorry for the misunderstanding,
