Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Spicy were:

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.

This is written like a press release, not an encyclopedia article. Content like "widely recognized for his many years of community service and for being the driving force behind the launch...", "the generous donation", "inspired a collaborative network of Firefighters and service groups across Canada", etc. isn't compatible with a neutral style of writing. Two of the source links seem to be broken - of the two others, one only contains a one-sentence mention of the subject (not significant coverage) and the other is from his own organization (not a independent source). If you are personally or professionally connected to the subject of this article, please declare this in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines on conflict of interest and paid editing.

If you are referring to West Coast Narratives/sandbox the formatting is poor see WP:MOS for advice, it reads like a CV praising his contributions rather than a neutral encyclopedia article, most of the content is unsourced,we don't use external links in the body of an article, please be sure to declare any conflict of interest.
