new picture added to page gallery doesn't work when click

new picture added to page gallery doesn't work when click, any idea what's the reason?

If you are referring to Special:Diff/1185371420, which is the edit in which you added File:Obelisk at Kingston Lacy - panoramio.jpg to the gallery, you have done it correctly. If you do not see that image, please try refreshing the page.
