Copyright problem: Irrigation of alluvial fans

Irrigation of alluvial fans: copyvio or not? Deletion justified or not?

The deleted articles on irrigation of alluvial fans used only public domain references. There is no copy/paste of text from the references nor closely paraphrasing. The article concerned is now in my sandbox. Water and Land (talk) 08:52, 18 July 2015 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Update to "Hydrological Modelling" entry

I coteach a class on Hydrologic Modeling on our campus:

This is still in our sandbox, and we've not made it "live" as yet
