I cannot understand how your change of the section heading from "Conservative nature of IPCC reports" to "Overstatement of Effects" can describe a section about underestimation; either this was a mistake on your part or disruptive editing. Besides, there is already there is a section with this title earlier in the article. Also, please understand the difference between sentence case & title case by referring to MOS:HEADINGS.
