Hi Tacyarg. Thanks for the reply. The problem here is that my profile is incredibly out of date. It was recently updated (not by me) to the correct information - all of which can be easily verified - but you have deleted all the changes and returned it to the outdated version. I am unsure what to do next. It is very frustrating to have an out of date profile.
