Vandalizing

edit

Hey! I want to know why you vandalized this page. Could you please keep to your adoption page? That's my adoption page. Evangeline (talk) 06:56, 6 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

My apologies there is some complication about this page being used by multiple adoptees including you and the above user. All your edits looked good, and it is clear that you have a sound grasp of basic editing. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk | Sign 12:51, 6 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism

edit

Please do not revert without discussion, thanks. 76.20.25.207 (talk) 05:00, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

I don't understand what you mean... Marx01 (talk) 05:38, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
I have looked at the reversion you made and it looks appropriate. Weasel words shouldn't be used on wikipedia. Also, your message to User talk:76.20.25.207 looks good. You may want to make any further messages to users like the previous one, more friendly by welcoming them to wikipedia first: for ip addresses use {{subst:welcomeip}}, for registered users use {{subst:welcome}}. Anyway, looks good and keep up the vandalism revisions. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk | Sign 10:51, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Also don't forget to put new messages at the bottom of the page. You can make this easier by using the "+" or "new section" tab at the top of a talk page to add a new section to a talk page. And use :'s when adding a new comments to a discussion, you can see my use of these by clicking the edit button. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk | Sign 10:56, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Okay thank you, I always forget to put them at the bottom but now it will be much easier :D Marx01 (talk) 18:23, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Your goals

edit

I see that you have goals on your user page and on a sub page. Might I suggest that you keep you goals on the subpage only and transcript it onto you user page using the following syntax; {{User:Marx01/Goals}}. You could then move your completed goals to another subpage (eg User:Marx01/Goals/Done or similar]]. Obviously these are just suggestions, but they will help to keep things together. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk | Sign 22:03, 22 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thank you I wasn't so sure about that. I'm still new to the subpage concept, but I'm always learning new tricks of the trade! Thank you! I not only used it to link my goals to my userpage but my completed goals to my goals subpage! Thanks it does help! Marx01 (talk) 22:19, 22 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
You welcome. And don't forget to use a : when adding comments to a section on a talk page. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk | Sign 22:21, 22 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Oh I didn't know about that. I guess that is another   Thank you! Marx01 (talk) 22:25, 22 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

~Bejinhan has given you a pie! Pies promote the kind of hearty eating that puts a smile on your face and a sustaining meal in your stomach. Hopefully this pie has made your day better. Spread the goodness by giving someone else a pie, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Happy eating!

Spread the goodness of pie by adding {{subst:Wikipie}} to their talk page with a friendly message.

Hi. My name is Evangeline. Thank you for the cake. Here is a pie for you. I saw your user page. It's cool. :) Cheers, EvangelineTalk 02:29, 23 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
