Fails WP:NPOL, WP:PROF, and (in general) WP:GNG. The only significant coverage provided here is the pamphlet from his centenary celebration (which incidentally is also the only source verifying he was a founder of the Communist Party). If you're going to use election results to show that he ran (but did not win) you'll need references that actually indicate that (the current election references do not give his name at all). Please add additional independent reliable sources that discuss the subject in detail.
