The edit about rampant child abuse in the churches is a serious edit. It is documented. Some bishops have already been convicted. Making the pope page reflect only the ideology of his followers does not reflect the neutral point of view status of wikipedia.

Hi, i'm moa3333, a new user. I see you are a deletioner! What about this: deleting archives completly.

This is more related to madiawiki, but anyway, we should be able to delete archives older than 6 months maybe, after a vote. I dont know if this is possilbe alredy but thinks to tell me that.

The idea is i looked at the backup page, and archives of text are more Go big, who wil download an archive of 100 Go????? and save it into a cd.

The point is we can save less to save more.... i am concerned about how easy is for people to download and save wkipedia database, witch i find difficult now. i think that if we save less.... we can save more, because more people will download the database.

I dont know why i am telling this to a death person but anyway, i will post it someday somewhere else if i don't have a good answer here.

Yup, it's there for non-minor edits. I usually skip only in repetitive minor edits like adding stub messages, etc., pamri 12:24, 17 Jan 2005 (UTC)

I was very impressed with what I read about you but, the thing that made me realize how important it was for Wikipedia to have you among its users, was your dedication to India related subjects. Hello I am fairly new round here, I spent about an hour yesterday producing a page on C.S.Lewis and it hasn't appeared yet ... do you know why, or can you point me in the direction of finding out?

If you look at the top of the web page when you're logged in you'll notice some links towards the right hand side. The last but one of these is "My Contributions". If you click on that it should take you to a page that shows everything you've written.

There is an article about C. S. Lewis, is that your's? If not, it's possible that someone identified your as a canditate for quick deletion. Unfortunately there are people who prowl Wikipedia loking for articles to have deleted, rather than fixing problems they prefer to delete the articles. It's easier to destroy than to create I suppose.

I joined a few months ago. I would have replied to your message sooner, but at the time I thought your message was sent by a robot (I was a real newbie). Thanks for your welcome and may I say that your work in greeting people is an innovative way to keep people involved and strengthens this warm, fuzzy community:D. In general, I have found that the culture associated with collaboration to be friendly and cooperative.

My work on wikipedia has mostly centred around adding detail to existing articles on subjects I am knowledgeable or interested in. For example, I am presently involved in expanding The Time Machine. I have started a few articles as well, including Pop feminism and, most notably, 2005 Sumatran earthquake. I also do npov and style edits (check out the opening comments on chav and my comments on pig. Of late I have become interested in countering systemic bias on wikipedia.
