The usual procedure for that sort of thing is to request that a thread be moved elsewhere if it is active, possibly including the off-topic conversation in {{collapsetop}}, or to move the thread to the archive if it is stale. Although that thread veered away from productivity pretty sharply, the first reply was pretty on topic, as EHS relates to that article.
