Hello, I'm JalenFolf. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of con artists, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jalen Folf (talk) 22:44, 23 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Undertaker6666. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Steve Comisar, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Orange Mike | Talk 03:42, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

No, I do not know anyone personally that I am reading about on Wikipedia. I recently saw Comisar on television, and I decided to check out his article. I have made a suggestion, but I would not even know how to begin the editing process myself. I do know that I cannot be involved with editing any article of somebody that I know personally, and I do not know this person whatsoever outside of seeing him on television, and submitting a suggestion that would improve the article. If you could assist me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Undertaker6666 (talk) 04:04, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Your pattern of editing indicates that you have some sort of undisclosed relationship with Comisar. If not face to face, perhaps it is an online conflict of interest relationship. Please fully disclose your relationship with Comisar. Thank you. Cullen328 (talk) 06:53, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
