You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, instead of writing it yourself, as you did at Timothy Munro Roberts. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. Issues with your submissions

Hello,

Judging by the amount of automated messages above, you have jumped into the notoriously steep learning curve of Wikipedia.

A few pointers then:

• In order to protect both Wikipedia, our contributors and third parties, we cannot accept any text that appears to be copyrighted without a clear verification of permission. The process for that is at this page
• Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and as such unsuited as a repository for your personal biography, in particular written in first person style
• In general, autobiographies are being subjected to higher scrutiny because it is in general more difficult for a subject to write about himself in a neutral tone. In any case, any statements need to be sourced to independent, third party publications with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy. In general, once a person has been mentioned sufficiently in such publications, an article will be written by someone else.

The links above should give you some pointers for overcoming the most pressing hurdles. In any case, you will also have to be aware, going forward, that you cannot control in any way what happens with an article about you - neither authors nor subjects own any articles, and should you ever be the subject of negative coverage that satisfies our sourcing requirements, you won't be in a position to influence the inclusion of it in the article.
