Hi, it does not look like a WP:RS to me, see here it is almost not linked to on this wikipedia. There seems to have been a degee of dispute around this article . Please present the content and citations you want to support on the article talkpage Talk:John Lurie and experienced contributors will have a look at it and asses it, thanks - as another note - please confine yourself to a single account so we can see what is going on, using multiple accounts can be seen as WP:SOCKPUPPET and it not allowed, regards. . Off2riorob (talk) 00:40, 14 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please also note - the article is now protected by Pending protection - this is a result of the recent additions and reverting - your desired addition will no longer go automatically into the article and will have to be reviewed by experienced editors. Please do not keep attempting to add it as you are wasting your time, present your desired addition and the supporting citations to the article talkpage. thanks. You don't appear to be understanding - your edit will no longer be accepted to the article automatically - the article is now protected, as I said, please present any desired additions to the talkpage or at the report at the WP:BLPN . Off2riorob (talk) 02:52, 14 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 02:36, 14 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page John Lurie has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://hectocotylus.blogspot.com/2010/08/sleeping-with-weapons-why-did-john.html. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 02:48, 14 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Truthjustice411. You have new messages at Wikipedia:Editor_assistance/Requests#lurie_dispute.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on John Lurie. Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Editors violating the rule will usually be blocked for 24 hours for a first incident.
  3. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording, and content that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Binksternet (talk) 18:57, 17 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
