Maps

Hi. I decided to vectirize the maps since I found a svg map of Montenegro. When I finished and uploaded the first one I found out that some municipalities had different boundaries then the png one. I think that could be fixed either If I change the boundaries manually or if I find a better svg map. Even though the svg map is a bit different from the png one, it retains the same data or manner of presentation of the numbers. I will see how can I improve the maps. I thought about this and as long as the same data is presented in both versions of maps, the svg maps are ok. It is very rude to delete the other versions sections (in fact that is why it is used that section, to present other versions of maps.)--MacedonianBoy (talk) 09:51, 19 July 2011 (UTC)

Yes, maybe I shouldn't have removed the maps, but that can be easily corrected by adding back the png image (I usually change all png to svg maps if I have any, it's not a unique case with this). However, you should not remove the other versions since that is the point of that section. And at last, why should I promote "my" maps? Those maps are not mine, they are from Wikimedia Foundation. Vidi ove krekcije, uradio sam neke korekcije. Ja bih ipak isao za staroj verziji, ali ako je ova nova mapa u redu, ondak i meni je ok.--MacedonianBoy (talk) 09:51, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

PS: I would like to know where did you find the maps of Macedonia by settlements? Those are interesting maps, did you create by yourself or you found it previously made by the Macedonian Census Bureau? --MacedonianBoy (talk) 09:55, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

OK ondak, mozemo imti dve verzije iste mape (jedna po moji terk onako kako ih ja pravim prema mogucnostima Commonsa, a druga verzija pomoci programama ako nadjemo neka). Znaci koliko sam svatio, nasao si neka karta Makedonije sa naseljama pa onda prema rezultatima popisa sa 2002. ti si obojio kartu? Ja mislio da si ti vec imao neka gotova karta. Nadam se da ces naci neki program za vektorizacija potreban mi je i za ostalih fajlova. Pozz--MacedonianBoy (talk) 17:00, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

In fact your update was very constructive - so I deleted the warning.

In fact my update was very constructive while you didn't provide any justification for reverting it. I only removed people who are not Albanians and never identified in such way. That can be confirmed on Wikipedia articles for those very same people.Tresnjevo (talk) 17:08, 23 February 2019 (UTC)

Maps for Zenica

Hi. Could you possibly make File:Zenica_-_Etnicki_sastav_po_naseljima_1991_1_L.gif (per File:Sarajevo_-_Etnicki_sastav_po_naseljima_1991_1_L.gif) and File:Zenica_-_Etnicki_sastav_po_naseljima_2013_1_L.gif (per File:Sarajevo_-_Etnicki_sastav_po_naseljima_2013_1_L.gif)? If you do, put them into the article Zenica (right to the Population of Zenica city and Population of Zenica City tables, left to the images featuring people convenient for demography section). I understand your concerns, but content on that article is NOT new on Wikipedia. I just moved entire content in new article from other article about Njeguši settlement that wasn't suitable to be there. So, now that you moved the new article to draftspace, that content is not listed in any article currently.Tresnjevo (talk) 20:39, 22 January 2022 (UTC)
