Doinker

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia! We could really use your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as Doinker) are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. If you want to test things out, edit the sandbox instead. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Doinker is not nonsense it is nothing at all. do you think peope who cure want to know what fuck means. Trcole123 14:13, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Should wikipedia be allowed to delete articles about words that are not in the dictionary.

edit

ALright this is my last stitch effort. Tell me what you think about them deleting thre doinker but allowing all the vulgor words historical backgrounds that nobody cares about. tell me what you think. Honestly i thnk they should dellete the entrie history of vulgarities. Who cares about what the Word Fuck Means. Trcole123 14:21, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Who cares what Doinker means? Please don't recreate the article again. See Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not for things made up in school one day – this also refers to camps, as in your first version of the article. --Majorly 18:05, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Camp is not a school. It is a place for fun with friends. 1234 18:08, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

Please do read the link I gave you. Anything anywhere, be it school, camp, backyard, is counted. --Majorly 18:12, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thats the thing it was not made up in a camp. it has been around for a while. My mother like i have stated nows what it is. go and ask people in the street. it was not made in camp or school. 1234 18:14, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

I will stop though if it seems to bother you. i am sorry if i have annoyed you in any way. 1234 18:15, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

Hey don't worry about it. You are new; check the links in your welcome message above that give guidelines on the kind of articles we allow here. If you have any questions, please ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} somewhere on this page. --Majorly 18:22, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Alright i will do that. thank you. am i allowed to do pages on random people i know if it is the truth?

Generally, no. See WP:N for notablility guidelines. If the person is found on a Google search, like in the top results, then yes, go for it. --Majorly 18:28, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Alright thank you. 1234 18:33, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

Blanking the Page

edit

I know that it isn't made clear to anyone, (myself included), but you actually aren't allowed to remove any sort of warning from your talk page, hence the revision.--NeoNerd 14:49, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Oh im sorry. didn't know that.

Oh, it's no problem at all! This is one of the things which always catches people out. I did the same thing and got rebuked for it as well! Hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia!--NeoNerd 15:00, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I will! Trcole123

Pearl Harbor Conspiracy

edit

A tag has been placed on Pearl Harbor Conspiracy, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. I'm Sorry i am not entirly done with the article. Trcole123

Everything you need to know about Wikipedia

edit

{{helpme}} I want to know everything i need to know so i understand wikipedia. trcole123 14:44, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Hehe, that's a very tall order. :) Wikipedia is like a woman and you probably won't ever understand it (even if you are a woman!). Anyway seriously, you just have to start editing and you'll get to know things as you go along. Here s a list of links that you can follow to get some basic idea about things. And seeing from the messages above, I think it would be better if you start by editing existing articles and then when you get a feel of things, you can start creating new ones. You can help out in clearing the backlogs too. - TwoOars 15:00, 26 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Why not have a look at the article on Wikipedia here? Don't forget to sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~)! Cheers, Tim{speak} 15:41, 27 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Here is another one you might like: Wikipedia:What is a troll?. Trolling is basically trying to pick fights or aggravate others in internet communications, in my opinion.--Filll 15:44, 27 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
