File permission problem with File:Kavita Radheshyam 1.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Kavita Radheshyam 1.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Kavita Radheshyam 2.jpg

I am a Professional PR (Publicist) and Photographer for this Actress and this creation that i have uploaded is my own work, I have also distributed some more pictures in other various media. I have now uploaded my own work which i have the rights for. I am a Professional PR (Publicist) and Photographer for this Actress and this creation that i have uploaded is my own work, I have also distributed some more pictures in other various media. Thenewswriter (talk)

Why then is the new file exactly the same that you uploaded earlier as somebody else's work, and just cut away the copyright mark? Fut.Perf. ☼ 06:24, 1 August 2011 (UTC)

That is beacuse as i mentioned in my earlier message, I have also distributed Pictures to various other media on the internet. If there's a Problem, I will upload other Picture. Thenewswriter (talk)
