File copyright problem with File:Suresh Apex Bhandari poses at Hotel Yak & Yeti,Kathmandu.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Suresh Apex Bhandari poses at Hotel Yak & Yeti,Kathmandu.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ww2censor (talk) 04:38, 7 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

This image looks like a composite of two images but we need to know the source and licence of the image. However, I found the central superimposed image at both Flick and Picasaweb and the user has the same name as you, so I presume this is your image but on each site the copyright is listed as "All rights reserved." We require freely licenced images, so you should change the licence on those sites and then you can link to that image and use that same licence here as there, so long as it is a free licence. Is the other image yours and where did you get it? ww2censor (talk) 04:46, 7 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
