License tagging for File:Kelly killoren.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Kelly killoren.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 07:05, 6 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Kelly Killoren Bensimon, you will be blocked from editing. You are one of the many editors who repeatedly remove a referenced section regarding Bensimon's arrest for assault; as the self-described publicist for Ms. Bensimon, you have a clear Conflict of Interest (COI) WP:CONFLICT; you are also attempting to present information in this article in a non-neutral manner. Wikipedia is not a public relations vehicle for Ms. Bensimon. Wikipedia takes COI (conflict of interest) and repeat vandalism violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. PR (talk) 14:09, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

COI & removal of sourced material

edit

Hi, if you continue to remove sourced material it is considered vandalism and your account can be blocked. Also, since you claim to be the publicist for the subject of an article you have edited, that constitutes a conflict of interest. Please read the policies I have linked to because you have a long history of warnings and can be banned from editing if it continues. Thank you. Drawn Some (talk) 21:15, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello Style777. You removed others' comments from the article's talk page here. There is still time for you to respond to the complaint about your edits at WP:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard. EdJohnston (talk) 22:15, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ron, We have been having several problems editing Ms.Killoren's account. We are her oficial webdesigner and technicians. We have been hired as that, and not "PUBLICIST", as reffered to in your other messages from you and your colleuges. Personal arrests are public records, but not to be edited in someones biography and career. This is "Character Assasination" and not proper authorized conduct. We would like to solve this properly, but in worse case, if we have to involve our Legal team, we will. Wikipedia is not TMZ or some cheap online gossip website. People view Wikipedia to receive information on the persons career and biographt...not arrest reports and unconfirmed lawsuits, when indeed her Jewelry is selling on the market as I write you this. If indeed a lawsuite was going on, an immediate stop to all her jewelry line be recommended by court. We can prove that this is a false report. If this is not deleted, we will persue this by law. You should not be embarrasing well known A-Listers with lies and unconfirmed gossip....and should not report this in ther Wikipedia page. There are any celebrities that we know, that have had arrests, but you have not submitted this to their Wikipedia page. I do hope we can settle this soon. This is not a conflict of personal interest. Never in our 11 years of internet marketing and webdesign, have we come upon such untrue insiting words, as in this case.

Ms.Killoren's does NOT have an account. WP makes some space available for an article page that is WP:NPOV and WP:NOTCENSORED. WP is a collection of FACTS, often in a prose fashion. Nothing in WP belongs to any person.
If you can prove that the report in the NY Post is false then why not do so?
There are plenty of other celebrities with arrest data that is on their page. The data is usually only removed if the court case fails or is withdrawn.
  • Picture Copyrights :

All pictures are legally copyrights of Kelly Killoren. She is the legal owner of all pictures we submitted. We informed you on this, but again we were told we didn't.

WP has specific ways in which to release the copyright for pictures, when that is done the pictures can be used, see Wikipedia:Donating_copyrighted_materials.
  • Content Copyright :

You mentioned in our messages that we used uncopryrighted content from www.kellykillorenbensimon.com website. We are permitted by Ms. Killoren to use all proper text for any contents of her Wikipedia page. This again is a false accusation and statement from your behalf.

I refer you to the answer I gave earlier - it's not her page. She has no ownership rights. You are not permitted to use copyright material unless you release the material according to WP's policies, again see Wikipedia:Donating_copyrighted_materials.
  • Official Name of Ms. Killoren :

Her Wikipedia page should read Kelly Killoren (Bensimon). Bensimon is no longer her legal name. I do not know how your company would have the informatin to insist that this is her real name. People recognize her with Bensimon, but her Last name now is only KILLOREN.We must put BENSIMON like this (BENSIMON) .

Sadly I have no company. Happily I don't live in your country either.
As for the name, then I suggest a read of Wikipedia:Requested_moves#Requesting_potentially_controversial_moves and apply the templates as suggested. You cannot force a name change, it's best done by consensus - otherwise someone will change it back.

I hope for your cooperation. If not, Ms. Killoren hand this issue over to her lawyers. This page must be updated as soon as possible correctly, this is a fears game with her reputation.

My cooperation is the comments above  Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:11, 11 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
