Deeds of Flesh albums

Hi, you recently deleted a bunch of the articles on albums by the band Deeds of Flesh. Now that the main band page has been restored, would you be willing to restore some or all of these articles? I thank you in advance for your assistance. --Eastlaw (talk) 03:51, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Hi! I've restored some pages for you - here are the applicable log entries:
I hope that's what you wanted - if there are any more, don't hesitate to contact me, or if you need anything else. :-) Stwalkerstertalk ] 19:35, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Yup, that seems to be all of them. Thanks for your help. --Eastlaw (talk) 02:05, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

FalconPunch2

Was just looking at Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Rikara, which mentions FalconPunch2 (talk · contribs) (who you recently blocked). I believe the Rikara account is stale, as far as checkuser comparison, but looking at editing style and interest, these two users seem awfully similar; it may be worth noting Rikara has had several blocks for abusive sockpuppetry in the past. FP2 looks rather like a sock, at my first glance, but I thought I should run this past you, as well. – Luna Santin (talk) 06:25, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Alright, thanks for having a look. I've gone ahead with the block extension, for now, pending any further discussion if needed. – Luna Santin (talk) 07:21, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Re: Help

Many thanks for your help, I appericate it. I will see if I can get consensus to get mms: links added as they are in use alot around the web. I do, most of the time, link to the page the link is on (or a WinAmp link instead), but in the case of WAXM they have the mms: link on their front page. Again, thanks for your help :) Take Care and Have a Great Wednesday....NeutralHomerTalk 03:21, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Just wanted to give you a heads-up. I added a proposal to the Village Pump (Proposals) page: Link Here. Take Care...NeutralHomerTalk 06:49, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the assistance with rollback

Just want to say thank you for the suggestions regarding my problems with the Rollback function not working. I cleared the monobook.css, tested rollback and it worked. Restored monobook.css and tested rollback and it still worked. But going through that process fixed the problem as rollback did not work before clearing and restoring monobook.css. Thanks again for the assistance. Dbiel (Talk) 19:44, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Update. The problem occured again. Finally discovered the real cause. It looks like rollback makes use of cookies and the computer I was using was blocking cookies from Wikipedia from time to time. Was able to change settings to always allow cookies from wikipedia.org and that seems to have fixed the problem. Dbiel (Talk) 23:06, 27 August 2008 (UTC) turned out not to be the problem - see below

Hmm, I'm surprised you managed to remain logged in then, if cookies were the problem. In fact, I don't think rollback uses cookies at all - it must have been logging you out for certain requests, or not sending the cookie back with the rollback requests... Interesting. Thanks for the update :-) Stwalkerstertalk ] 21:51, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Turns out it was not cookie related but was an Java issue. The problem kept comming back. Finally fixed it by going to preferences and selecting:
The JavaScript Standard Library, a compatibility library for browsers that lack full support for JavaScript 1.6. This includes Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari. found under Gadgets
Thanks again for your assistance. Dbiel (Talk) 03:21, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
