Threats

Please don't threaten me. Please do not accuse me of disruptive editing. Please do not accuse me of vandalism. Nothing was vandalised. I restored sourced, accurate, pertinent, relative text to an article where it had been removed. Do make threats against me again or accuse me of anything I have not done or you may be blocked from editing yourself. Personal attacks are not appreciated and are contrary to wikipedia rules.173.13.132.244 (talk) 05:03, 2 December 2018 (UTC)

Hello! Your edits were reverted by me as it was already reverted by multiple users. You then resorted to borderline personal attacks to get your way. Also, warning templates are not threats. They are, in fact, warnings! startTerminal {haha wow talk page | waste_of_space#4023 on discord} 05:04, 2 December 2018 (UTC)

A beer for you!

Draft:Nelson Evans

Fellow AfC reviewer here. Please decline instead of reject and use more neutral language; don't say "waste of space." Rejecting is for obvious spam and hoaxes. Usually we would decline for such articles. — Stevey7788 (talk) 06:29, 22 March 2019 (UTC)

This user is still removing source and characters in articles. I think the best this to do is to block him for 3 months and lock down the pages so he’ll never vandalized them again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1009:B003:6B08:3CC0:ED0D:DE04:EBA4 (talk) 13:17, 23 March 2019 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Starmancer

Hello, StartTerminal. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Starmancer".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 07:44, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

2019 US Banknote Contest

  US Banknote Contest
November-December 2019

There are an estimated 30,000 different varieties of United States banknotes, yet only a fraction of these are represented on Wikimedia Commons in the form of 2D scans. Additionally, Colonial America, the Confederate States, the Republic of Texas, multiple states and territories, communities, and private companies have issued banknotes that are in the public domain today but are absent from Commons.

In the months of November and December, WikiProject Numismatics will be running a cross-wiki upload-a-thon, the 2019 US Banknote Contest. The goal of the contest is to increase the number of US banknote images available to content creators on all Wikimedia projects. Participants will claim points for uploading and importing 2D scans of US banknotes, and at the end of the contest all will receive awards. Whether you want to claim the Gold Wiki or you just want to have fun, all are invited to participate.

If you do not want to receive invitations to future US Banknote Contests, follow the instructions here

Articles for Creation: List of reviewers by subject notice

Hi StartOkayStop, you are receiving this notice because you are listed as an active Articles for Creation reviewer.

Recently a list of reviewers by area of expertise was created. This notice is being sent out to alert you to the existence of that list, and to encourage you to add your name to it. If you or other reviewers come across articles in the queue where an acceptance/decline hinges on specialist knowledge, this list should serve to facilitate contact with a fellow reviewer.

To end on a positive note, the backlog has dropped below 1,500, so thanks for all of the hard work some of you have been putting into the AfC process!

Sent to all Articles for Creation reviewers as a one-time notice. To opt-out of all massmessage mailings, you may add Category:Wikipedians who opt out of message delivery to your user talk page. Regards, Sam-2727 (talk)

WP:AFC Helper News

Hello! I wanted to drop a quick note for all of our AFC participants; nothing huge and fancy like a newsletter, but a few points of interest.

  • AFCH will now show live previews of the comment to be left on a decline.
  • The template {{db-afc-move}} has been created - this template is similar to {{db-move}} when there is a redirect in the way of an acceptance, but specifically tells the patrolling admin to let you (the draft reviewer) take care of the actual move.

Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Whether you're one of our top reviewers, or haven't reviewed in a while, I want to thank you for helping out in the past and in the future. Cheers, Primefac, via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 16:00, 16 February 2022 (UTC)

Why have you reverted Damani’s changes?

Damani nkosi’s changes were rolled back. Why? InglewoodTK (talk) 06:35, 15 July 2022 (UTC)

As stated in the message I left on your talk page, I reverted your edit because it removed reliably sourced information without providing an adequate explanation. In addition, your edits also broke the page's list of references. You are welcome to make changes to the article, but you shouldn't randomly remove information. StartOkayStop (talk) StartOkayStop (talk) 06:40, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
Ok. There is information that the artist does not want shown as its inaccurate like his name’s description, and albums where he hasn’t contributed, etc. InglewoodTK (talk) 06:46, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
I understand. However, the content you are removing is cited by reliable sources and the content you are replacing it with appears to be non-neutral fluff. Please ensure that all of your edits are from a neutral point-of-view (see WP:NPOV.) In addition, if you are being paid to edit this article, you must disclose it under the terms of use (see WP:PAID). StartOkayStop (talk) 06:52, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
