Speedy deletion nomination of Sploder.com

A tag has been placed on Sploder.com, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

• It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

  If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.

There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Please, unblock Wikipedia! We are a real company! If you don't unblock right now, we will sue you for prosecution for fraud. We will still create the same page until you realize that we are official.

We are NOT threatening anyone! We have a right and the policy to be on Wikipedia! All you do is dose around and mess on Wikipedia, when you could be more responsible. You know that Sploder has a real WORLDWIDE website, that's all the information you need to notice. Can you please, create us a page on Wikipedia! That's all we're asking! You have been warned! Or we'll take action! This is your last and final warning! Do you understand?

Can you do it right NOW? By law, we have a right to be on here. I would love to chat to your boss to discuss some important business. In the meantime, we will be tracking and monitoring your every move to see if you have made an unblock! We don't want your business to shut down, but if that is what it takes, so be it! Let's hope that your business isn't shut down for not being professional and letting a real famous gaming business, here on Wikipedia. I thought that ALL gaming companies will be on here! You better not step out of line! Do as you're told!
