Nomination of Tihomir Todorov for deletion

The article FC Kaylaka (Pleven) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about a football club that fails WP:GNG and has not played in the Bulgarian Cup, meaning it fails WP:FOOTYN.
