Hello Smartsport. I saw and responded to your posts at WP:PERM and was surprised to see that you altered my comments to make it look like I had granted you the permissions. First of all, please note that this doesn't actually do anything. Second, our talk page guidelines make it clear that altering the comments of others to change their meaning is prohibited. Additionally, in your original request, you word-for-word took someone else's comment and presented it as your own. That isn't legal. All contributions to Wikipedia are released under the free CC BY-SA 3.0 license, but that license requires attribution of all content used from this site to the original contributors. Presenting another's comment as your own violates the terms of that license.
If you're interested in Wikipedia, I certainly invite you to contribute, but please do so constructively. You could possibly start by creating content, making small edits to fix typos and improve existing articles, or patrolling for vandalism. Focusing on hat collecting like you appear to be doing is unlikely to get you anywhere worthwhile.
