PoliceStory-2

Hello, I see there's a template:sofixit concerning my suggestion. I have been accused enough of vandalism, that I will not fix many things. Just recently I fixed a redirect into a dab page and was accused of vandalism, before it was retracted. Before that I corrected a double redirect and was accused of vandalism. I'll leave suggestions, other people can fix it. 132.205.44.134 21:47, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

Redirect of Better Late Than Never(phrase)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Better Late Than Never(phrase), by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Better Late Than Never(phrase) is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Better Late Than Never(phrase), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Furlings.JPG)

Thanks for uploading Image:Furlings.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 20:14, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of ZIZ

A tag has been placed on ZIZ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:CBMI soundtrack cover.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:CBMI soundtrack cover.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 04:09, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

The Care Bears Movie

Hi Slgrandson! It's a pity that I cannot contribute to the visual design of the page, although I've created the images single-handedly. Dou you personally think that Nicholas deserves an own page on wikipedia (and the Spirit as well)? However, it would put me in the position to use several interesting images..... Deniel Causo

Hi. Thanks for your tag. I can't find the relevant AfD - where is it? --Dweller (talk) 14:53, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

It wasn't nominated at all. Actually, I marked it as a G4 repost. --Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 14:59, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
Hi. The policy's badly worded, but speedied (or prodded) material's not eligible for G4 (hence the wording that comes up with the speedy tag). I deleted it anyway, for being a breach of copyright. Cheers --Dweller (talk) 15:07, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Airman's Cave

As an FYI, you put a WP:CSD#G4 tag on this page, but that only applies to pages that have been deleted through an WP:AFD discussion, which this had not been. I tagged it and deleted it as a WP:CSD#G12 instead. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 15:47, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Ok, so I've re-written the article, removed anything that I can see as copyrited and would love any help on what else I need to do to keep this article from being deleted. I have articles that I can link to that are very credible that back up the information I'm trying to present in this article but since I've been deleted twice, I'd like to be sure before I include links or anything. Fair use rationale for Image:Oopsy teaser title card.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Oopsy teaser title card.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. SchuminWeb (Talk) 01:27, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Bellflower Bunnies title card.JPG

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Bellflower Bunnies title card.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 23:37, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

PR request

I will read it and comment in more detail in a few days - sorry, but I am busy until April 1. I did look it over and have a few ideas - since you refer to episodes by their title in at least three languages (English, French, and German), I would also always give the Episode number when referring to them in DVDs, etc. Again I just skimmed it, but it was not clear to me what the basis of the official episode number is (vs. aired sequence). Peer Review Etiquitte

Slgrandson, I mentioned before in my comments that you should not edit other people's comments in the peer review to mark things as done. This includes striking out those comments and adding your own in the middle of other people's comments. I have undid your last edit to the PR page. Please leave a reply comment to each section noting what was and was not done and asking any questions rather than striking out or otherwise modifying other people's comments.
