Li Gang

edit

Just out of pure coincident I found User:Siyuwj/Sandbox/0, and was wondering if you had intentions to help out with expanding the current article about Li Gang? -- 李博杰  | Talk contribs email 07:13, 11 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oh, and just to mention, currently the article is nominated for WP:DYK (the equivalent of ZH Wiki's "你知道吗?" main page section) as a "new article"; perhaps in a few weeks after the nomination finishes, we could merge the two versions, and we can then nominate the article for DYK for a second time again, as a "5x expansion". Then, we can have the article displayed on DYK twice. Since the English Wikipedia prefers English-language references and sources, it shouldn't be too hard to mix/merge the two different versions into one. -- 李博杰  | Talk contribs email 07:17, 11 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Climate graph for Ningbo

edit

Unless you can provide a concrete reason why my image is copyvio (link to the graph is not enough), then don't nominate it.

And a user far more experienced and knowledgeable than the two of us did not nominate a similar graph (File:Zibo Climate 1957 2007.jpg) for copyvio. --HXL's Roundtable, and Record 05:26, 1 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Chinese expressway naming convention change proposal

edit

Hi Siyuwj, I see that you are quite active in editing Chinese transport and expressway articles, especially in Zhejiang. I've made a proposal to change the naming conventions for article names on Chinese expressways that would see the number prefix dropped from article names. I've made the proposal and explained my rationale here at Wikipedia talk:Naming conventions (Chinese)#Expressway naming. If you could give your input there or any other comments that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Heights(Want to talk?) 00:43, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Chinese Station names

edit

Please do not change the cardinal points in station names to pinyin (e.g. "Xiamen North Railway Station" is correct, "Xiamenbei Railway Station" is not). This is a Wikipedia policy laid out in Chinese naming conventions guide. If you do not know how to revert the changes you have made, please let me know and I will do it for you.  Philg88 talk 08:20, 23 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
