Strange spelling edit

Hi, I just reverted your edits to the articles Ögedei Khan, Genghis Khan, and Kublai Khan. You had added names in a very strange spelling that doesn't seem relevant to the article subject. Just out of curiosity, what language or writing system was that supposed to be? --Latebird 16:04, 31 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

You now repeated the same edits, stating in the editor notes that the spelling is "han-vietnamese". I'm reverting them again, because that language is entirely irrelevant to those Mongolian rulers. Please do not add irrelevant material to articles again. If for some reason you should really think that this language is relevant in the specific context, please discuss it first one of the respective article talk pages. You will also have to provide reliable sources, so that others can confirm your spelling variants to be correct. --Latebird 09:52, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks! edit

Thank you for editing Hotohori and the other chracters page. I really appreciate your help. I thought I was going to do it all by myself. I hope you can contribute again. Thanks so much!

Copyright infringement edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. —Centrxtalk • 01:58, 4 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Ten-UruseiYatsura.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Ten-UruseiYatsura.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
