August 2016 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to The Amity Affliction has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 15:55, 11 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Ozzy Osbourne. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been undone.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Mlpearc (open channel) 16:32, 11 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Ozzy Osbourne, you may be blocked from editing.
Your edits have been automatically marked as vandalism and have been automatically reverted. The following is the log entry regarding this vandalism: Ozzy Osbourne was changed by ShadowSpud (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.938017 on 2016-08-11T23:26:33+00:00 . Thank you.   You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, as you did with this edit to Ozzy Osbourne. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 00:16, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Comment Along with the problems mention in the posts above you need to stop placing protection templates on articles. Only admins can protect a page. Add to that the fact that you are using a template that does not exist and your edits can be seen as WP:DISRUPTIVE and you can be blocked if you continue.   You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources. MarnetteD|Talk 01:25, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

I have not reviewed your edits but in case these messages are because of inadvertent mistakes that you made because you are unfamiliar with Wikipedia, here are some links to pages with useful information that can help you in editing and writing for Wikipedia:
You also may find there are some specific rules in the Wikipedia:Manual of Style, in particular, that apply to certain situations
Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages (but not article edits) by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. I hope this is not too late to help you and that you will not be discouraged when you learn more about Wikipedia. Donner60 (talk) 02:23, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

References edit

I undid your edit again as it wasn't sourced. You can undo in the wp:page history, but add references first! As Donner60 pointed out, please see Help:Referencing for beginners and Help:Footnotes Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 04:44, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
