Louie Zong moved to draftspace

The sourcing that the article currently has is mostly self-published or user-generated content that is considered generally unreliable, so these do not count to show that the subject is notable. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Concern regarding Draft:Pluto time
