Hello, Scubasarah8, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Adam and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Welcome, Scubasarah8, I edit as RexxS (talk · contribs · email) and I'm an active participant of WP:WikiProject Scuba diving. I'm away for a couple of weeks now (scuba diving!), but when I'm back, I'll be happy to offer you whatever assistance I can with your assignment. I won't do the work for you, but I can usually point you to good sources to answer any scuba-specific queries that may arise. I hope you enjoy your editing, and that you will decide to continue even after your assignment has finished. You would be very welcome to join WikiProject Scuba - just add yourself to the list of participants. Dive safe! --RexxS (talk) 18:00, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Good luck on Scuba Diving article!

edit

Hi Sarah, Please let me know if you need any help while updating the page this semester. Excellent topic! I look forward to seeing your input. Good luck! --Gene Hobbs (talk) 18:47, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi Sarah, Welcome to Wikipedia and particularly to scuba articles. You may have noticed that I have done a number of recent edits on Scuba Diving. It is one of the articles I am trying to get up to WP:Good Article status and any useful input is welcome. I see that Gene and RexxS have also left you welcoming messages. They are both very knowledgeable on scuba and are likely to give good advice if asked, and are also pleasant to work with. Gene is particularly good on sources for the more specialist aspects of diving, particularly the medical stuff, and RexxS is very good on accessibility, formatting, layout and that sort of thing. I mainly just write content, and try to keep the project articles in good shape. • • • Peter (Southwood) (talk): 05:43, 8 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Modern Day Sexual Harassment In Education in The United States

edit

Thanks for creating the Modern Day Sexual Harassment In Education in The United States article. However, the topic of your article duplicated the existing Sexual harassment in education in the United States article. Since Wikipedia doesn't allow the existence of duplicate articles like this one, the content of your article needs to be merged into that article.
