Hi

If you want the article deleted simply blanking it won't do it. Hobartimus (talk) 04:00, 22 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi again

edit

I see that you wrote me a message but I'm not exactly sure what you mean, in the second part "Hi may I please ask you help me delete the 'Sophia Bekele' article from my page. It was an accidental sign on when the author askes for me to verify their work." Sophia Bekele is the article in Wikipedia main space which is seen by the general public(so I'm not sure what you mean by the "from my page"), deletion might be requested in several forms, but it seems there are many sources to write from so the article may be very good quaility in time. However if you want it deleted a few things can be tried but it's a good idea to prepare the material in user page talk page or other sub page until its ready. If the author requests deletion I think that can be the fastest way here, he can make a statement that it was an "accident" as you said it's not ready and we can ask for speedy deletion based on that (G7). I think you as a subject can not ask for this only the author. If they accept the article will be gone in a very short time and can be reposted when it is ready. User talk:Lashford was the author, so he needs to request deletion to get it done the fast way. Hobartimus (talk) 22:01, 23 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
The new alternative place for the article will be User:Lashford/Sophia Bekele anyone can work on it there until it will be ready. Then it can be added back to main space where google search will find it for example. Hobartimus (talk) 04:48, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
It's not an easy thing to get that out of Google, but once the full article is ready the full article will be on top or very near the top in Google. Hobartimus (talk) 17:16, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
