COI edit

Since you identify yourself as a digital marketer, that will likely put your edits under close scrutiny. If you intend to edit about any clients or anything related to your field, you must read and comply with the conflict of interest policy and the paid editing policy; the latter is a Wikipedia Terms of Use requirement for paid editors. 331dot (talk) 08:44, 16 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

October 2019 edit

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Mathura. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 11:09, 16 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your advise but on the same reference population data was different, on the reference site population is 2,547,184 but on Wikipedia page population was 444,845 that's I made changes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Samsaraswat (talkcontribs)

hello Arjayay, I'm new here and I need your help.

Hello, is there anyone who can help me or where can I find help for creating sandbox.

If you are using a computer, there should be a 'Sandbox' link at the top right of the screen. Here is a direct link: User:Samsaraswat/sandbox. 331dot (talk) 13:40, 21 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

How can a wikipedian show that he is a paid editor and if he is a paid editor then can he write any article about anything with actual facts with reference? Samsaraswat (talk) 11:52, 23 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi I am also new Nahtrav (talk) 13:07, 8 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please follow the instructions at WP:PAID to declare a paid editing relationship/status. 331dot (talk) 10:36, 9 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Sir 331dot, I have already read those instruction and I'll follow all of them. I'm not here for paid editing. I am telling you the reason why I am here, Some time ago I was reading about my district and I see the population was written wrong in that article then I check other districts also and many other article which have some error or wrong data so I decide to make all of them correct because everyone have blind trust on Wikipedia they always think that this information is correct so I don't want that people read wrong detail and think it is right information that's why I'm here to remove those wrong information and make them correct.

November 2019 edit

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Gurdaspur district does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Kautilya3 (talk) 16:14, 5 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message edit

Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 03:02, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
