East Timor Olympics
editPlease do not add East Timor to the Olympic qualification until they are officially listed in a quota list. That should happen tomorrow. Until then, they should not be added per WP:RS and WP:CRYSTAL. Thanks. Smartyllama (talk) 00:50, 6 January 2014 (UTC)

editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Cory Monteith does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history.
The edit summary appears in:
- User contributions
- Recent changes
- Watchlists
- Revision differences
- IRC channels
- Related changes
- New pages list and
- Article editing history
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! bojo1498 talk 15:26, 1 February 2014 (UTC) Please note: just including the section isn't an edit summary. bojo1498 talk 15:26, 1 February 2014 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for May 21
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Dancing with the Stars (U.S.) competitors, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Charlie White (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

editWelcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Dancing with the Stars (U.S. season 20), but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Callmemirela (Talk) 01:53, 14 May 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. editHello. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. This means that editors do not own articles, including ones they create, and should respect the work of their fellow contributors on Dancing with the Stars (U.S. season 22). If you create or edit an article, remember that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Callmemirela 🍁 {Talk} ♑ 17:37, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Please stop making disruptive edits.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Callmemirela 🍁 {Talk} ♑ 15:26, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Charles Kuralt. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Sundayclose (talk) 19:05, 29 August 2016 (UTC)

Edit summaries
editHello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! 20:27, 12 January 2018 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Muboshgu. Your recent edit to the page J. D. Martinez appears to have added premature information about a reported sports transaction, so it has been removed for now. The transaction is based on anonymous sources and/or awaiting an official announcement. If you believe the transaction has been completed, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:12, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for August 2
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2018 Major League Baseball season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page José Reyes (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Final warning regarding sourcing
editSamhse, you have been warned many, many times that you need to include sources when adding or changing information in articles. This is especially urgent went editing WP:BLPs. Not only have you ignored all the warnings over the years, you haven't communicated with any other editor. Ever. To be very clear, you will be blocked if you continue to remain uncommunicative while disregarding the concerns of your fellow editors and if you continue adding unsourced content (such as this policy violating edit).-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 17:23, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
