You did not make any changes from the last time this was reviewed. You need to add more reliable sources that establish the subjects notability. Ref #1 is for an award that the subject won which would fall under promotional and not a secondary source. Ref #3 is also a WP:PASSINGMENTION that he won an award. And ref #5 looks like it was written by the subject himself and is also promotional. It also lacks the formal tone that an article should have. Make sure to address these things before submitting again.
