Thanks for uploading File:KirkTalley1.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Please be advised that the photo you have uploaded needs to be processed through WP:Wikimedia so that you can add license information and ownership. If you do not add it through that process I will have no other choice but to move for permanent deletion of the photo. I have removed it from the article until the proper credits can be given. I have once again removed the image you have loaded to the Kirk Talley page. I also see that the image has been nominated for WP:SD. You have not gone through the proper channels to add this image or given the proper licenses. Please do so and the image will be allowed onto the page.
