Speedy deletion nomination of File:Renovated building of PEC.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Renovated building of PEC.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

Pokhara Engineering College

I remove a paragraph which seemed to be WP:PROMOTIONAL and WP:PUFFERY. Please use an encyclopedic wp:tone when you edit. May I suggest you look at a well-written article on a similar sized college as a guide? I am not familiar with PEC, but perhaps Cogswell Polytechnical College? Please add references. See help:referencing for beginners and help:footnotes. Wikipedia needs to be wp:verifiable. Can you take some photos of PEC and upload time? I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
