@Gabriel601: Just like Reading Beans said, it works on desktop mode. If you're on desktop, there's a button at the top where you'll click and you can submit as page creator or someone else. Thank you very much for flagging the copyright issues at Draft:Masquerade Festival in Igboland. I've removed it and performed revision deletion. Unfortunately, most of the text had to be removed, so it's not ready for mainspace at this point, but the citations have been kept in case the editor would like to continue working on it. And you didn't even sign the message so they wouldn't know who left such a weird message on their User Talk page. You are too experienced to be making a mistake like this so I was just wondering if you were very tired or otherwise unwell when you left this message. If so, please log off and don't edit if you are not up to being helpful to new editors. As long as they are not vandals, editor need helpful guidance, not peculiar messages like this.

If your editing has you interacting with other editors, please only edit when you can act thoughtfully and knowledgeably or you are likely to leave editors with more questions rather than providing them with useful answers.
